Licensed home inspection services offered in the states of Texas and Arkansas. We adhere to the minimum standards of practice that is required to meet state requirements, often exceeding these standards to insure thorough inspections. All of our clients are invited to attend the entire inspection process, shadowing your home inspector.
It is not mandatory that you attend your inspection, but encouraged so that you can physically see conditions or issues that may be reported, and when you receive your report you will be more knowledgeable of the conditions that are present at the home you are purchasing. Also by attending, your inspector will educate you on installed systems and various key points that all homeowners should be aware of.
In most cases we provide reports the same day or even within a few hours after the inspection is performed. This is what separates us from the competition. Not all comments used in every inspection report can just be copied from a previous inspection.
Each house may have some of the same issues present but they cannot be reported the same because of many variables.
We take the time to report the conditions and locations observed for each home and customize the report to benefit our clients and not report all issues in generality.
